One of its main achievements is the development and commercialization of a ring-roller mill called the Szego Mill^TM.

The Szego Mill is suitable for both wet and dry grinding. It can achieve size reduction from 6 mm to less than 10 microns. Grinding can be combined with high energy mixing, leaching, beneficiation, and chemical reactions in open, closed and locked-cycle circuits.

Wet grinding is the special niche of this mill since it can handle all consistencies from thin suspensions to thick pastes thanks to its positive transporting capability.

The Szego Mill is characterized by low specific energy consumption and a high specific capacity, typically thirty times larger than that of tumbling mills (expressed in tonne/h, mill volume).
